Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, spare buttons, and brand labels remain securely attached.
Ship the Garments
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
